• My car has been stolen or is lost. What do I do now?
Immediately contact the police on 15 and report theft of your vehicle. Then call Tracking World's customer support on 111-22-66-66 who will inform you of the location of your vehicle and switch it off for you.
• How many cities of Pakistan can I use this device in?
You can use the Tracking World Navigation Device in 120 cities in Pakistan, including on all major highways of Pakistan.
•Why should I choose Tracking World and not use the 'Google Map' app?
Google Map is only a data of maps and not a proper navigation device system, where Tracking World has turn by turn voice guidance and many more features especially designed for use in Pakistan.
• Do I have to buy a cellular network connection for this service?connection for this service?
No. Tracking World will provide you with complete services, which include the GPS tracker -software and hardware. You will need a computer with an Internet connection to track your vehicle or call our helpline to help you locate your vehicle.
• You are promising 'real time' tracking. Is this true? How does it work?
It is absolutely true. With Tracking World's tracker, you can track your vehicle in 'real time' with minimal delay to enhance your tracking experience and increase security of your vehicle.
• Other drivers often use my vehicle. Do I have to inform them of the installation of the tracker?
That is entirely up to you, although we encourage that you inform the driver and explain the limited boundaries which they are not allowed to cross as the car will shut down. This will reduce your problem of recovery and operational costs.
• Can anyone besides me have access to information about my vehicles location?
Yes, but only if you allow them to. It is possible if you give them the password for your login. You may or may not share this information with others.
• When can I use the Tracking World tracker to know my vehicles location?
You can check the location the minute your car is turned on as the GPS picks up the signal and transmits the coordinates of vehicle location.
• What happens when the vehicle crosses speed limits, or crosses geofences?
You will be informed via SMS and email alerts of your car's activity.
• Does Tracking World Tracker have a warranty?
There is 1 Year Warranty of tracker if there is no tempering issue from customers side
•If I use the services of Tracking World to recover my vehicle, will you charge me?
No, we have no charges for vehicle recovery however we do charge an amount of money on false alarms.
